I went here with my partner. We like to hike, walk in nature, but also to relax around a swimming pool, floating on a matras and read a book. Saranda doesn't have swimming pool, but a great pebble beach just in range, say about 40 meters away.
It is definitely not a grand tourist resort, and that is what we liked. We enjoyed the breakfasts with fresh fruit and stuff. Normally we ate dinner at night somewhere else. We hiked a lot around the neighbourhood, took the boattrip, some hiking trips, saw amazing things, etcetera. There was plenty to do if we wanted, but we were a bit tired from our work back home and wanted to sunbath and sleep. And that was okay. A week later we went travelling around with the dolmus, more to the east. That was great too. I really want to get back here some day.

The address is Marmaris, which is about 40 km away, but its location is worlds away from Marmaris. This pansiyon is set in a small village where traditional life continues alongside the few holiday makers. The view from the balcony, restaurant and bar is wonderful. You look out over a bay almost encircled by islands, with the Greek island of Symi, over which the sun sets each evening, in the background. The small stony beach and sea are just a few metres away. The swimming is wonderful, especially before breakfast or after sunset. The rooms are simple but the food is wonderful, especially the fruit for breakfast and the mezes. Local people are friendly and there is always something interesting to see in the village itself and the surrounding area. Beysel takes guests on trips to see more of the Loryma or Bozburun peninsular. The peninsular itself has stunning mountain and coastal scenery.We found Beysel and Yoke and their staff very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this peaceful, beautiful place.

Jammer dat er tijdens het verblijf niets gezegd is over de ergernissen, zodat we konden ontkennen/uitleggen wat door deze mensen wordt gesuggereerd.
We denken dan ook dat deze negatieve reactie een gevolg is van een halve terugbetaling ipv volledige terugbetaling na een vroegtijdig vertrek van 2 dagen/nachten. In de gestuurde reisvoorwaarden staat duidelijk dat teruggave van verblijfkosten niet geldt binnen een bepaalde periode. De kinderen hadden het trouwens reuze naar hun zin en wilden eigenlijk niet vertrekken. Ze speelden niet met de knoppen maar heerlijk aan zee!
