We booked for a day their Suite Room, the room size was good and there was a jacuzzi built-in the attached washroom. The jacuzzi was functioning but did not had that pressure to give the feeling of real jacuzzi. The poor areas are:

1. There was no water bottles provided, when we asked the reception they told us this hotel does not provide the complementary water bottles. This is the first time in my expereince that i have seen a hotel charging rates as comapred to other 5 star hotels and not giving water bottles.
2. The bed mattress was very very very old and was painful to sleep-on and the pillow covers were also having holes. When we asked for the mattress to be changed they sent house keeping with some blankets to be put on the mattress and changed the pillow covers. After further complain we were given an option to move to other room degrading us to a normal room from Suite Room, we declined the useless offer. They need to sleep themselves on these old mattresses to know how bad they are over time and use. No comfort in sleep whatsoever.
3. The charges for the SPA treatments are high and the service is average, they are even charging for the Suana and the Steam Room ???? Why are we not staying in the hotel !!

4. The choice of food and breakfast is so limited that you practically starve and are left with very limited options. Need big improvement in this area. The ambaince is also needs improvement.

This hotel was one of the stops on the gate1 tour...it sucked!!! The carpet was nasty!!! The bathroom was decent after taking a shower I slep with my shoes on! The lobby was nice and deceiving!!!! This is by no means a "5 star" hotel!!! There were chickens outside and the city was trashy!!! Absolutely hated it!!! So glad we only stayed one night in this sh** hotel!!!

The rooms are modern looking comfortable and there is a bath tub and tap which u can turn on the spring water to fill up the tub. It will be gd to try the thermal pools outside during winter, its a great expereince. The turn off part is the shower rooms, no hooks to hook ur clothes while bathing and there is only 1 bath room. Although the usage of thermal pools is free of charge. we stayed on level 3 and there is no lift we had to carry the heavy bags all the way up when we are unable to wait for porter. Alot of variety of food however i am not used to the cheesy and olive cooked food and salads.

We booked a two day excursion that took us first to Ephesus and then to Hierapolis (near Pamukkale), staying overnight at the Pam Thermal. The hotel is large, spacious, clean and built to a modern design with a nice large swimming pool and thermal spa. There is also spa water on tap in each bathroom. The dining room is huge and the food was good, especially breakfast. We spent the evening with a five minute walk to the nearby village of Karahayit, which was delightfully full of interesting shops and balmy evening nightlife. Back to the hotel, we had a decent room, nicely decorated and a peaceful night's sleep.
