not bad facilities but a bit to busy for me and my friend, but i should have done a bit more research on it, had a nice time and that said the barman was pretty hot.

Our family of three stayed here one night and had a very good experience. We had a beautiful suite which was updated, very roomy, clean with a beautiful balcony. The hotel is very spread out so navigating to and from our room was interesting and quite a hike. The indoor pool, we traveled in December, was warm, inviting and very huge. Our daughter (9) voted it best out of 5 in our travels throughout Turkey. We ate the dinner and breakfast buffets which had a plethora of food selections that were not "gourmet" quality but good nonetheless. This hotel is a five minute drive from Heirapolis.

My 5 friends and I stayed one night at this hotel and found it be reasonable. Two rooms had great views the other room no view. Nice big rooms, bathrooms were great but then to find out we had to pay for tea and coffee we thought was just not 5 star!! You really had to remember where your rooms were because it was a rabbit warren of a hotel. We did enjoy the inside thermal pool and yes you had to pay for your cap which made us again question the 5 star rating.... Dinner and breakfast were buffet style and you had heaps to choose from. I would recommend people to stay here although it was away from the hub of everything.

We found this to be an excellent hotel, We bargained with the price. A business card helps to get cheaper rates! The staff treated us very well, I think it was because we were independant travellers.
There seems to be an old section of hotel & a new section. We stayed in the new section, & it was typical of a 5* hotel. Clean, modern, plenty of room. Lovely bathroom. The outside entrance was being relaid whilst we were there, & it was completed in a day.
The down sides are paying for tea/coffee in the room & for bathing hats for the pool...even if you are bald! (You can take your own) The outside hot spring is too hot to even dip your feet in & there is also no lift.
All in all I would recommend it, taking account of the above.
