This hotel is perched on the top of a sheer cliff at the New Bridge. The restaurant has outside seating on several levels going down the cliff drop! They have no parking but there are several undergound carparks in the vicinity and they have a drop off point for luggage at the front. You could not be in a more central place here for sightseeing.
The staff are a bit 'cold' but the rooms are pleasant, clean and nicely decorated in the Andalucian style. Make sure you get a room facing the gorge.
The food in the restaurant is traditional Spanish, well presented and the service courteous. There are better places to eat in Ronda, food wise, but none has the view they have here. The prices are average to expensive for what they serve.
