We have been staying at these Villas since 1997. We have never been disappointed. The owners of the properties are great! They go to great lengths to make sure the Villas are equiped with everything you will need to focus on having a great time. Sunsets are wonderful. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and well thought out. The roof top pool and hot tub was my favorite at mid-night enjoying the star lit sky. We rented all 3 villas for our son's wedding, which was held on the property. The group varied between mid 20's to some parents/relatives, and it was great for everyone. The rooms were great and gave everyone their privacy if they needed it, but the spaces are so great we could get everyone together on the terraces for dinner or drinks.

Not everyone had transportation, but we could walk up the beach for drinks/dinner, or just a few minutes walk to buy some quick supplies. We also used the number's provided to find a great transportation service that took the group to sailing one day, and to bars for the younger group one evening. We got up every morning and walked off the back terrace directly in the water.

The beach behind the villas is small (challenging for the beach wedding), but there is a public beach close by if you want to lay in the sand. Our bride and groom were easy going, so when the beach slimmed down after the storm they just made do. The pictures were gorgeous and we had a great time eating and dancing on the terrace of villa 1.

We are looking forward to going back (without the kids), and I think some of the younger guests are looking forward to going back with the "old folks" Holly was so responsive to all our needs, we could not have been happier.

The accommodations are fantastic. You will be lulled to sleep every night by the waves of the Atlantic hitting the shore of the beach. The sunsets are a breathtaking sight. All you have to do is enjoy, enjoy, enjoy......

Our family of 9 rented upper and lower Villa 2. We can not wait to come back. The sunsets are out of this world. The endless spa/pool on the roof...we thought we were movie stars...on Mt. Olympus. The surfing beaches were close...some of us even caught waves out back. Holly was great and showed up in an instant if we needed her. This place is in a fun, family neighborhood that gives you the cultural feel of Rincon. We shed tears when we had to leave. This place is a gem. We are already trying to figure out how to return. Just writing this is making me long to come back...been looking at pictures all day and texting and emailing the family about our memories...and we should all be working. That is the vibe that this Villa and Rincon brings one, it makes you feel like you finally found where you need to live.
