Blue Boy Inn is great. A beautiful B&B. Gorgeous gardens full of flowers and lily ponds and little alligator ponds, bird cages with all sorts of beautiful birds, a gorgeous huge swimming pool, large outdoor living room with many cozy couches to lounge, eat, nap, etc. The best breakfast at any B&B anywhere cooked by Mark the owner. Sara and Mark are wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts. Outdoor barbques that guests cooked on every night. The beach is a block away and simple but lovely. Mark supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. It is like being home in Rincon.

We booked at the Blue Boy Inn based on the many stellar reviews on TripAdvisor and they didn't lie! The Blue Boy Inn is a gem in the sleepy surf town of Rincon, PR.
In list form, what we loved:
Marc and Sara are lovely and helpful. They emailed good directions to the hotel before we left and greeted us when we arrived. It's relaxing and friendly with them around.
The place is beautiful! We were in room #2, which wasn't big but had good closet space and was clean and pleasant. The gardens are so nice, there are tons of spaces around for lounging and relaxing.
The animals were neat--a small falcon and a turtle and some cats and many birds, it was cool to have them there but they're not intrusive at all.
The location is perfect, easy to find and within walking distance the beach and 2 fun bars and decent restaurants. The Black Eagle has great sunset happy hours and a funny crowd of local surfer dudes.
Breakfast with fresh fruit, good coffee and crepes every day--so good.
Free access to beach chairs, snorkel equipment and things like bug spray and aloe that you probably need but forgot.
Easy parking, friendly fellow guests, good attitudes when the power temporarily went out (it came back after a few hours).
In short, I'd recommend this place to anyone from my parents to total strangers. Thank you Marc for a great stay, we'll definitely be back!

My Husband and I were looking forward to a quiet, restful holiday in Rincon. I chose the Blue Boy Inn based on the Trip Advisor comments. I can say we were so pleased with the B & B, and the attentive service of Marc and Sara. We are very seasoned travellers and this was simply one of the best expereinces we have had. The B&B is interesting in that it has lovely gardens, small birds and turtles to watch, lovely pool area and outdoor cooking area. Marc was so thoughtful and attentive and was clearly excited to help us with our exploration of this wonderful part of Puerto Rico.
We plan on returning next year and have already started to speak to our friends to join us.

I have stayed at small hotels around the world and The Blue Boy is at the top of my list. I am looking forward to returning and bringing friends and family. Marc has created an amazing collection of charming areas to sit and read, gather with friends, swim, snack or do what ever you want. The Rincon has much to offer and Marc is located in a most convenient setting.
