Room was clean, staff were pleasent if a little un-organized.

could do with a re-fresh, but perfectly OK for a stop before a flight out.

We stayed here for one night because we had to have our son at the airport at 5 a.m. It was very clean, very comfortable and we would stay here every time if we got the same deal. The room had a single cup coffee maker and my wife enjoyed a cup of decaf the evening of our stay and also coffee the next morning. Nice beds and linens and plenty of nice pillows. Our room was clean as was the part of the hotel we saw (but we didn't see much of the hotel). They still had old tube type TV's, which were fine with us because we still have them at home. There's a steep (I mean steep) road to get in and out of the hotel to consider if the roads are icy.

I have two main gripes about the hotel. First, the heater kicked on and off ALL NIGHT and was rather loud and woke me and my wife up at the same and different times. I got up and tried to set the fan to "on" instead of "auto" so the fan would run constantly, but it did not allow that setting. We didn't have a good night's sleep because of that. The other was that the probably was about two miles from the main throughway with several turns you could miss without a GPS.

I'd never confuse it with a 4 star hotel, but it's better than many of the 2 or 2.5 stars we frequently stay in. We were satisfied, but not overwhelmed.

The hotel is trying. it just could be kept a lot cleaner than it is. The public areas, especially the elevators, need a throrouhg scrubbing, sanitizing and deodorizing. The staff were all genuinely nice and probably are being told by the property owners to make do with what they have. That is a bad formula for keeping hotels up-to-date.

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, The bathrooms fixtures need to be replaced. The scratch marks in the toilet and shower left me a little squeamish. And again, the carpets in the room needed to be cleaned.The bar/restaurant is ok. If you want more than the hotel fare - you will need a car. It is on the top of a hill in an industrial park overlooking I376.

This is NOT a 3-star property in spite of what Priceline or the other booking services stay. Beware if your bidding because you're probably going to get this property over the other in the same category in the PIT area.

Got the hotel because it was close to airport so it wouldnt be a lot of trouble trying to find the hotel in unfamiliar city. We able to drive straight to it no problems at all. It was off the beaten path though. Rooms were nothing special, just a typical hotel. Would stay again if in the area.
