This exhibits all the fading splendour of a one-time 4* hotel. It looks a bit tatty in places nowadays. The receptionist tried to be oh! so efficient (and probably was) but someone obviously told her that a smile would be to admit defeat in the battle with the customer and so there was none. The garage was dirty, dingy and dismal with no height warnings anywhere apart from red painted concrete beams - not good for big 4X4s.....and they charge 12.50 +VAT for it! In the room, there were 10 paper leaflets in the plastic holder.....ten! ....do they really think anyone wants to sit and read through all that lot to find out about how things work and how much it costs to launder a pair of socks! The walk into the old quarter and las casas colgadas was OK so position is not an issue. WiFi may have been free, but as it didn't work most of the time (with inadequate bandwidth) it would probably create more problems to charge for it as at least they could say to a complainant that they didn't have to pay for it....and that just about sums up what will happen to this critical review....someone from the company will/may read it, shrug their shoulders......... and do nothing. Bad management.
