I despare at folk who pay peanuts and expect a Palacial residence. The place is clean, the food , ok , is in need of veriety. However its 2 stars and cheap. Never saw any dirty old men in the bushes, i guess the staff saw them off. i found reception staff freindly and helpful. If you want a stay on a budget , then its not all that bad. The area is quiet and the beach great.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here! I was on the 3rd floor, which wasn't a problem when the lift was working, I think it was out on 3 seperate occasions, once for a day and half! I was on half board and the food was okay though repetitive! The rooms were kept clean and tidy, one added bonus was there was a TV in your room, which picked up a couple of channels. I biggest bug bear was the distance to the beach, although it may well be 400m as the crow flies, it seem's longer by road, it's great going down, it's downhill, going back is a different story, walking it's all uphill, I didn't see a bus service! It certainly keeps you fit, you have been warned...............

For a two star hotel this was fine. No problems with anything stated in previous reviews.
The room was clean, the bedding changed regularly, the breakfast the same as any other Spanish Hotel with the coffee and juice better than some 4 stars we have stayed at. The public rooms appear to have been updated but unfortunately not the bedrooms all of which could do with a general update, ie. painting, new plumbing, new furniture and a small table on the balcony would not go amiss. However none of this spoilt the enjoyment of the holiday. The pool area along with the sunbathing terrace were small but well used and enjoyed.
The biggest drawback of this hotel is its position, too far from the beach very high up right at the back of town, there are a couple of decent bars within easy walking distance and the 23 bus, which takes you into Palma, is only a few minutes walk away. As it stops along the route many times, you can easily get to some of the other areas along the route, up to and including Can Pastilla. The cost of the bus ride id €1:25 pp whatever distance you go.

Stayed one night. Slept on towels due to dirty bed linen. Shower hanging off wall. Pubic hairs in shower. Used hypodermic needles on balcony. Some variety of s**t on balcony. Fleas in restraurant and dog running loose sniffing at food on table. Moved to San Matias next morning and couldn't be better. If you want to risk untold illness go here.
