Price vs quality - excellent value for the money! We were unexpectedly but pleasantly surprised to see how clean, modern and luxurious the hotel was for a 3 star! Buffet food nicely varied and above average for such a package. Beach right outside the door, couldn't be any closer and so safe for the kids. Nightly entertainment was entertaining. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Don't want to spread it around otherwise too many people will go and we won't have room anymore!

My family and I went for a weekend in the Costa Brava and decided to stay in Roses because the hotels were easy to reserve by internet. The price-quality was right on at the Victoria which is 3stars, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied... american, french, spanish... everyone was happy! Nothing starts early (breakfast 8am to 10pm, lunch 1pm to 3pm, dinner 7:30pm to 9pm) which was tough on my american parents who like to eat at 7am, noon and 6pm. But there was something that pleased everyone at each meal, even my spagetti-eating 9 year old... I would come back again, but be prepared for the tourists, there are ALOT of them everywhere!
