The Cala San Vicenc hotel is a pure relaxing experience. Sitting in a hill leading to 4 inlets (stunning if you look into the see, not to the buildings), the hotel is a small charming hotel, with customer service at its best. I was recently there for one night with my wife and from the very beginning everyone was keen to help. We stayed in a superior room, definitively worth it. It featured a nicely traditional decorated bathroom, an ample bedroom and a decent size living room (including a sofa), perfect to chill out or watch some tv. It also had an ample balcony overlooking the hills on the other side of the village. The room was very comfortable, ample, with all needed furtinure and, above all with plenty of charm. The bathroom was of medium size but had all amenities you could expect from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel facilities are small but relaxing, while the outside pool and surrounding grounds well deserve a visit to the hotel on its own. Really a great place to spend some time after coming back from one of the beautiful beaches in the island, or even dobe the whole day chilling out and have lunch at the pool side restaurant.

The restaurant is one of the most recommended this side or the island, and certainly calls for an outstanding gourmet experience (traditional local cuisine withvs modern touch), although we sadly skipped it as we wanted to tour around the island. Breakfast was served at the main restaurant, either inside or al fresco. We had our food outside, with a high quality choice of cold food and every possible hot food option made for you a la carte (included in the price).

Staff was absolutely helpful at all times, and made to overall great experience superb. Just two warnings: the hotel does not accept amex (although they called ahead of our arrival to let us know, a nice detail) and there are no parking facilities, although there should be space enough in the street in front of the hotel at all times.

All in all, a great place to be based to explore the North of the island and chill. Not for the party-goers though, as this area is on the relaxing side.

We visited this hotel as our base for Mallorca 70.3 Ironman. The hotel was recommeded to us by Son Brull (who were full). We were a little worried as we had no idea what a small 4 star hotel off the beaten track would have in store for us. However from the moment we stepped through the doors, our worries drifted away. The greeting made us feel special, the staff's attention to detail and customer service is second to none. The cleanliness and facilities were all we could hope for including a fantastic pool area and superb food. The rooms are spacious and airy and more comfortable than most 5 star hotels we have stayed in. All in all we would definitely return and hoe to do so in the not too distant future. Thanks to Linda and all the staff for making our weekend a very enjoyable one.

I have just returned from a short break and cannot praise the quality of service I experienced. Linda was a source of local knowledge and a reassuring presence. She is obviously very much the heart of the hotel and ensures that we had a very enjoyable stay

This is a wonderful hotel and gave us the best experience ever. Everything contributed to a very relaxed atmosphere, with all the staff attentive and friendly. We stayed for 7 nights at the end of April and really did not want to leave. The rooms are light and airy, with immaculate standards of cleanliness. The pool area was a real sun trap and we enjoyed sitting there just relaxing. All the meals were fantastic, although we were a little disappointed at the limited selection in the evening. The resort was very quiet, being early season but this was just what we needed to wind down. Both Port de Pollenca and Pollenca itself are only 10 minutes away if you need more to do. The walk to Port de Pollenca has stunning views and is to be recommended. This si one hotel we will be visiting again.
