We stayed for a 7 day golf holiday and really liked the hotel's own golf course. The people playing there are from all over Europe and very friendly and relaxed.

The hotel itself has a nice architecture however at some places you noticed that a little refurbishment would be in place. The room was very clean and comfortable, we also had a direct view at the golf course which was nice. Only minor issues were with the not so effective air condition and the really ancient tube TV.

The personnel was very friendly and always happy to help, they speak good English and German and if you try to speak some words of spanish they will be even more helpful :)

Food quality was kind of inconsistent, at some days the dinner was really excellent and on other days the dinner would be just okay. Same goes for the golf restaurant and breakfast.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the nearby city center, but you can also take a taxi which is really inexpensive(~ 5€ to city center) and easy to get.

I highly recommend the golf course. The hotel is recommended if you like to stay directly at the golf course, if you don't mind to take a 5 minute taxi trip, I would rather recommend a nearby hotel in the city.

Stayed in September as a last minute holiday and did not expect much, our first visit to the island. What a surprise wonderful quiet location fabulous hotel with great food, great rooms staff wonderful. Played golf everyday on a good holiday course which most rooms overlook.
We will be back.

This hotel is nice and unique. I found the service efficient but somewhat cold. The hotel is noisy....bring ear plugs! Location is not convenient unless you have a car but they do have occasional shuttle buses.

This was our first stay at this hotel and both my husband and myself can't wait to return. This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and for the price I could not fault it. We had a room overlooking the golf course and sea. The food was good, at breakfast there was a choice of continental or cooked English. I would also recommend half board because the evening meal was superb. It was a buffet starter which was excellent so you could eat as much as you want then the main course was waiter served with so many choices on the menu and there was also a special each day, then the sweet course was help yourself. The tables were set out beautifully it was so romantic with a pianist playing and on my last day the Manager Juan arranged for a special starter for me. He was around at breakfast and dinner introducing himself to everyone and making sure that things ran smoothly. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and we always managed to get a sun bed after we had played golf. The course was lovely apart from the greens which were a bit tacky but playable and we got a free buggy one day to compensate. I cannot believe some of the negative reports about this hotel. We met people who had been back time and time again and I know that we will certainly return.
