“Quiet, clean and close to Nissi Beach”

We stayed for two nights at Aktea Beach Village in april. Nice rooms, but hard beds. Clean rooms, and many rooms have a nice sea view. The breakfast was good, and staff was nice. This is a quiet family place. Located between Aya napa and Nissi beach. 5 min walk from Nissi, and 20 min walk to Aya Napa center. We think this is a good value for money hotel!

“Nice accomodation but overpriced”

We stayed at these apartments for 2 nights. We have booked a studio, but in our arrival they gave us one bedroom apartment with no extra charge. These apartments are very nice. It is almost new, spacious with air conditioning, kitchenette with utensils, living room with TV and sofa bed. Our apartment was overlooking the sea. The maid came every day to clean and change towels.
In the price we booked was including breakfast, although we never try it , because we weren't woke early. The price was indeed overwhelming compared to other apartments.
The apartment complex offers a swimming pool and a pool bar. Drinks and coffee had lower rates, but was mediocre in quality. In the evening there was an entertaining program, but we didn't watch much because prefer to go out.

Negatives: -The bar didn't offers decaffeinated coffee
-There weren't "do not disturb" or "clean my room" signs , and the maid came in our room while we were sleeping ...

Overall we had a nice stay at the apartments, and if we need a room to stay in Agia Napa we would stay again!!

“Very basic hotel”

What I liked:
location close to Nissi beach,
friendly service,
nice people working for entertainment (a couple from Bulgaria)
free Internet in the lobby

What I didn't like:
restaurant reminds school cafeteria
dirty curtains and sofa bed with a lot of stains
drinks served in plastic cups in the evening,
ordinary food
kids club with no toys, no equipment, not enough pensils, watercolors

“Ok with some nice features”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 March 2010

The location is great, right on the seaside. However, there are few appartments with sea view, and those tend to have continous low leve noice from a small sewage station in front of them. Breakfast was good though the restaurant reminded us of a large cafeteria. Service was very friendly and helpful.

“Not value for money”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 October 2009

The hotel is well below any expectations or rating given on the internet. I presume that those are made up stories of the hotel owners which face an incredible pressure and competition worldwide.

Upon arrival there was no one to meet us and give as the key to our room.
After waiting over one hour, we were accommodated in room which was not as we reserved. We were told: "Sorry, you booked a double room but we don't have any available right now".
Having no other option as it was 3am we stayed.
There was so much noise made by some party folks that we could not sleep. Although, kindly asking to lower it down (+ complaining later to the reception) this kept repeating every night.
The village is full of cats and it is a mess all over. With our kids around this totally put us off.
Finally, upon check out we were charged different rates then what was agreed. After, showing out reservation, the receptionist made the correction (but never even apologized).
We left and never returned or will return to Aktea beach Village.
Go at your own risk... especially if you have kids I would not advise you to set you foot there.
