I were in that Hotel in October 2011 with 3 friends. It was last minute offer but I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice. Hotel is modern, clean with excelent food, nice bars and last but not least- great location. I mean if you are looking for quite place with sea view -its not suitable but if you are young ( physicxally or mentally) and would like to be in the heart of night life of Ayia Napa which is called "cyprus Ibiza" you cannot choose better. Its one of the best hotels in this city.
Its also within a walking distance to great Nissi beach.

We went to this hotel as a couple, service was good, immaculate hotel with amazing choice of restaurants, the surroundings were very modern, this hotel is perfect for couples. The hotel had a no children policy which was very relaxing, the gym facilities were also immaculate. Location was perfect, we chose bed and breakfast basis and there was a brilliant choice of food. We would definitely go back here.

Spent 14 nights here and loved it very clean rooms excellent service all over the hotel. we were half board and the food was great at night we had round the world buffet. hotel is five mins walk from the main strip which was a bonus every night

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway weekend during the shoulder season (October), and we were pleased this hotel. It's conveniently located on the main strip, within walking distance to the town's many restaurants and bars. Though, to get to Nissi Beach from this hotel, one needs to either rent a car or take the local bus. It seems as though most people took the local bus. (I usually prefer to stay at an oceanfront property, but the oceanfront properties appeared to be a 5-10 minute drive or bus ride from the center of town.) We used the hotel's complimentary (but limited) parking spaces behind the hotel.

The hotel front-desk was exceptionally warm and inviting -- always eager to make recommendations or suggestions. Despite the large property, some of the front desk even managed to remember our names, and inquired how our various expeditions went! We had a late flight back home, and the spa allowed us to shower and change before the spa closed, which allowed us to enjoy another full day at the beach.

Our room was modern and clean, and neither small nor large. It didn't have a view, but in this crowded part of town, I wasn't surprised. The rooms overlooking the pool likely get an earful all day long -- and those are the only rooms that likely have a view. The buffet breakfast is quite large, offering a generous selection. The only thing that would make this hotel even more excellent is a hot tub to be enjoyed in the evenings during off season. All in all, this is a good choice in Aya Napa!

P.S. - Don't forget your goggles so that you can enjoy the beauty of the crystal clear waters. I’ve enjoyed the beaches of Southeast Asia, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Mediterranean – and the visibility in the water at Nissi Beach was unforgettable! In early October, the waters were still like bath water: warm and inviting.
