Awful, awful hotel if you can call it that and I am a very tolerant traveller. I have stayed at better hotels in the 3rd world! Beds extremely uncomfortable, rooms falling apart, we were the only customers in the whole hotel. The family that runs this hotel were extremely unfriendly and are running it in to the ground. It is too far to walk to Nissi Beach in the heat of mid summer so we were stuck by the pool which left a lot to be desired. Apparantly this is overun with locals at the weekend but I can only imagine this is because it is the only hotel that isn't fully booked in advance. I can not insist enough that you don't go here.

We needed a stay for only one night so booked it online after seeing the misleading photos and imagining it'd be a value for price hotel. The hotel is very old, so is everything in and around it: the rooms, the furniture, the sheets, the bed covers, the curtains, the bathroom - even the hotel stuff.
But i must admit it was kept clean.
Go there only if you're on a tight budget and staying for a couple of nights, the most!

We stayed at this hotel in August 2007. It's far from perfect, but then it was far from expensive.

Food wasn't great, but we did consider the food to be value for money when we ate there.

Rooms - again, not perfect, with all equipment very dated, but certainly not dirty.

Pool, outside area and gardens were very nice, and the location was great for Agia Napa in the evenings. Nissi Beach is a short walk (where I must add that the food was a great deal worst, and a great deal more expensive)
