fantastic place all brand new. been going to ayia napa for 17 yrs one of the best places every stay. staff are all fantastic and friendly ready to help you any time of the day or nite. really made welcome. would recommend it to anyone.thanks

Have to say stayed here years ago yet it has been completely overhauled. Recently re-furbished with our self-catering booking placed online directly through owners. Car parking was available on site which was great for our hire car and the children. Our apartment had all mod cons and was cheerily decorated. Although self catering the best restaurants in Ayia Napa are at the top of the street. The apartment had two single beds and two generous sized double sofa beds, quite enough for my wife and i and two children. The toilet / shower room was quite small but very clean.
In fairness, the large pool is great especially the large themed aquatic garden (little James tried to teach the parrot some english).
Believe me, such cooling greenery, fish ponds and verandas are rare in the heat of Napa!
The location is great, not on the beach but only five minutes walk away, even at children's pace. It's quiet, yet only one street away from anything we wished to do. Can't wait to go back to see the newly openning cafe. Just bliss if you don't want that crowded hotel environment!

Overall La casa di Napa was great. Its a great location for the lively since its yards from the nearest bar. And for those wanting peace, its on a quiet road and you could be mistaken to think you were miles away from the nightlife. The staff were lovely and if I ever went back to ayia napa i'd definately stay there again.
