We rented the flat for a long term period and after 1 month the landlord made a comedy saying that we are using too much water because we have guests. We suggested to pay extra he disagreed and said he wants us to leave - breaking the 6 months contract. We did not have anyone staying with us apart from my cusin, and we had some friends coming in and out for a few days. We were not loud or anything, the landlord just made a lame excuse! and!! more important is that before we moved in he said WATEVER WE NEED he will provide? alhough the washing mashine was broken for 3 weeks and it took a great amount of time to get someone to fix it.....also the water heater did not work etc. NOT AT ALL A VALUE FOR MONEY

had a weeks stay La Casa Di Napa but its no longer a Hotel but all privatly owned apartments we stayed in Robbies Apartment it was really fantastic the apartment was very clean and well fitted out. the La Casa Di Napa Complex is a like an oasis in the desert a Paradise in the sun. All the complex was kept spotless and the Tropical Gardens was magic on earth. Will definatly go back again

Have to say stayed here years ago yet it has been completely overhauled. Recently re-furbished with our self-catering booking placed online directly through owners. Car parking was available on site which was great for our hire car and the children. Our apartment had all mod cons and was cheerily decorated. Although self catering the best restaurants in Ayia Napa are at the top of the street. The apartment had two single beds and two generous sized double sofa beds, quite enough for my wife and i and two children. The toilet / shower room was quite small but very clean.
In fairness, the large pool is great especially the large themed aquatic garden (little James tried to teach the parrot some english).
Believe me, such cooling greenery, fish ponds and verandas are rare in the heat of Napa!
The location is great, not on the beach but only five minutes walk away, even at children's pace. It's quiet, yet only one street away from anything we wished to do. Can't wait to go back to see the newly openning cafe. Just bliss if you don't want that crowded hotel environment!
