Just bk from a weeks stay here!!!! loved our holiday and couldnt say a bad thing about hotel!!! staff where all so friendly and everywhere around hotel was very clean. If we ever return to ayia napa we would not stay anywhere else. Breakfast had everything u could think of and was all nice and there was always plenty. The pool was amazing and cleaned every day. Hotel itself is in a great location so close to everything, bus stop also not far away to get bus to nissi bay or waterpark. staff on reception very friendly and very helpful. Have really thought of something bad to say but cant think of anything, a fantastic hoilday thanks Anesis Hotel.

Just got back having spent ten nights here, room was quite spacious, could do with some updating, staff very friendly. We was half board, breakfast ok but we would just opt for bed and breakfast next time because there are lots of nice places to eat out, and the hotel meals get a bit repetitive. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, jacuzzi never worked while we was there. But in a good location, always ask for a high floor, with pool view.

My friend and I are just back from spending a great week in Ayia Napa. It's the first time we've stayed at the Anesis but will certainly not be the last! From the reception staff Anne, Maria, Ernesta and Gary to all the waiters, waitresses and cleaning staff nothing was too much trouble.
Although not requested we were given a fab room with the largest balcony we've ever had! The sunloungers were a great bonus! The pool was superb, lots of loungers and parasols and the jaccuzi at the pool edge was really great.
My sisters are staying there for a week next month and I just wish I was going too!!! Linda and Liz, Scotland

Me and my friend stayed here for two weeks at the end of July the hotel was nice and in a good location.
HOWEVER.... First our trouble started when we went back to the room to find our gel to wash our clothes had been taken from the table on the balcony (1st floor room) we put it down as being thrown out by mistake by one of the maids, as it was in a plastic bag and left it at that. Over the period of time we were there more and more random objects going missing and each time we complained it turned out to be the maids throwing away what they pleased baby wipes bags of crisps gone. Only small things but extreamly annoying when in another country and it being impossible to replace the iteams, if your lucky enough to track it down the prices were so inflated it wasnt worth it. We felt after the first few complaint the maids were doing it on purpose, the hotel done nothing about it. We alsodiscovered a dead bird on our balcony so went down to reception to ask for it to be removed, it wasn't and the next day i had to pratrically force the maids to remove it they kept repeating 'no clean today' grrrrrr that was nice in the heat. No to mention they used the same dustpan and brush they use in the rooms to remove it nice.

The final day we wanted to keep our room as we weren't getting picked up untill gone 7 in the evening. So we requested the keep our room as per instructions in the welcome pack. I was told to go down to reception on the morning of out departure to find out if we were able to keep our room for the fee, i was told yes.We then get a phone call at one asking why we havent checked out my friend explains we were told we could keep our room. To cut a long story short i was reduced to tears by the old Greek/ cypriot she is the rudest most unprofessional *beep* i have ever come across and quite frankly should be sacked!!!!!! But i am sure she will carry on being rude to guests for many years to come.O yes and she picks as and when she can speak English to her convience.

So yes go to the Anesis hotel if you want your stuff stolen, balcony doors left open by staff and don't mind people being extreamly rude to you!
