I stay at the Tofinis with my wife every year, for the last 7 years, and I have never herd anything so rediculous in my entire life! I am relatively new to this Trip Advisor, but I can appreciate the impact this has on one of the most friendly, well ran hotels in Ayia Napa. I was actually staying at the hotel at the time of this, (we arrived two days before), and this lady had an issue with one of the managers as he was defending his business and well established reputation.

I was reliably informed the facts, that it all started from some gossip from a local business person trying to steal the Tofinis Hotel's trade, and the manager rightly so defended his business in a polite and professional manner. The lady writing the previous review clearly got the wrong impression, and is trying to make her self feel better by judging a good man wrong.

I will be returning to the Tofinis, like many other satisfied customers every year, again in the start of 2012's summer and can not wait to see all the staff, they are all so friendly and willing to help, and I can not believe the cheek of this women.

Keep up the good work to the Tofinis staff and management, you have made our holiday, and many many more familes a very memorable one over the years, see you in June!

great hotel, great pool, great rooms, great staff, fantastic food and drink also cheap will book for next year defo. cant say a bad thing about the place great value for money

Stayed here in sept 2011 from when we got there we recieved excellant service by all the staff, whom are all friendly. we stayed in the old block which was still spacious and clean. The food was cooked perfect compliements to kitchen staff. But it was waiters who deserve the a big thankyou for all their hard work. It is situated on a hill but the views are fantastic over ayia napa. We will return to Tofinis in the future.

We stayed in the cheaper apartments which are basic but big, clean and contain a full bathroom. The apartments are located on the Grecian Bay part of the resort amongst the large hotels so this was a gem of a find. The one bed apartments also had a sea view which was a nice surprise and the pool area and reception area were very well appointed. It will be a shame if these apartments are knocked down and relaced by the more expensive apartments as the difference in cost is substantial. Location wise they are ideal as having stayed on the Nissi Avenue Road which I found busy and noisy due the volume of passing traffic these are relatively quiet with an amazing beach just over the road. There is a hill for about a 1/4 of a mile to climb which can be hard going in the heat but bus stops close by & you can purchase an all day ticket for 2 euros.
