More than anything, the staff at this hotel is very very helpful and kind. They do try to meet the guests' needs providing guest-oriented service.
Our trip to Lampedusa was only for 1 night. We arrived at the hotel at around 6pm and had to leave around 6pm the next day. We knew that we had to check out of our room in the morning but we asked if it was possible for us to check out a little later. The staff kindly let us keep our room till our departure to the airport saying that it was possible that time since the room had not been reserved for any others and the high season had not yet begun. It was really kind of him (Tommaso). Then all the other staff at the hotel are all very smiley and nice to you making your stay much more pleasant. The hotel is very clean. The room is spacious with a spacious bathroom.
The closest beach is a few seconds away and from some rooms you can have views over the beach.
They provide transport to and from the airport.
It was a pleasant and comfortable stay and we'll definitely go back to the same hotel if we visit Lampedusa again.
