Everything very clean and functional. Great value and handy for the centre of paris via the metro. Staff very friendly and helpful in booking taxis etc. Wifi access via orange is good but a bit restrictive if you have a mobile and a laptop as you can only use one at a time. But that is a minor issue

Helpful and efficient Staff, Clean Hotel, Great Value - would definitely stay here again, buffet breakfast excellent. A 10 minute walk to the RER and you can be in Paris in 30 mins. Free WiFi completes the experience.

I went to the Hotel Ibis for 3 nights and absoloutely loved it. The rooms are very clean and has a great service. The hotel itself is very attractive with a mini plasma in each room. For the price we paid, it was great. Very pleased.

Rooms have been recently modernised to a very pleasing standard. They have functional and well-equiped bathrooms and flat panel LCD tvs. In this sense, the hotel is quite good value for money.

However I was disappointed by the other facilities on offer. The buffet breakfast is not very extensive for 8 euros a person and there is no restaurant. This would not be a problem if Cergy itself was well stocked with places to eat, but as it happens, the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the small town centre that is not at all tourist focused. In such surroundings, I would expect the hotel to offer a restaurant. There is also no dedicated bar area - the breakfast room doubles up as a cold, not particularly atmospheric bar area in the evenings. Reception staffed by one person at all times, who is also the bar-man etc.

Overall, an OK hotel, but not all I would have hoped for.
