We have been coming here for 4 years (winter vacation), and this winter will be our 5th. We have completely fallen in love with the hotel. Rooms are very nice; since we stay in the apartments, we are so excited to see the new apartments in person! The staff is so kind and helpful, and are always there if you have a question or request. It's not dead in the center of "town"; it's more on a "side street," very nice quiet area of Lech, 5 minute walk to the slopes. The spa area is definitely a highlight; large, gorgeous, relaxing; perfect after a long day of skiing. The food is absolutely delicious, and the eating area by the fireplace is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. I honestly cannot find a fault with this hotel, and I don't understand how it's not a 5 star hotel. Four star superior does not do this hotel justice!

We spent 2 weeks at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Everything was well-organized, the staff is really friendly and eager to help, rooms are comfortable and very clean, besides there is a good restaurant and a wonderful relaxation area with a large swimming-pool.

Talking about the weak points I would name thin walls, too warm duvets (they provide you with a light cover upon request), no hair conditioner and no dry clean service..besides in a spacy room which is supposed to be for 2-4 persons there is only one wc!..but maybe I'm getting too picky))

In general it's a very nice family-run hotel which I would recommend to everyone going to Lech. Besides I would like to thank Regina from the restaurant who went out of her way to make our stay even more enjoyable.

A friend flew over from the US and we decided on Lech for a week of skiing. We booked the hotel on line and everything went perfectly. The room quote included lift pass, breakfast and a first class dinner every evening. A short massage and solarium session were also included. The rooms were very nice, the wellness center was clean and spacious and the food was very good. Basically the only extras were drinks and massages. The staff were extremely warm and, as another reviewer says, you felt like you were staying in a nice home. The town itself is very quiet in the evening. All in all, an excellent stay.

We were in Lech and staying at the Hotel Auriga from the 2nd Jan until the 11th and had the most stunning holiday. Myself, my husband and three teenagers absolutely loved our stay at Auriga. The staff were overly friendly and could not do enough for us. The evening meal was always exceptional and full of variety. The hotel had a wonderful warm atmosphere and it felt like we were staying in someones well loved home. The day when the weather was bad I was happy to sit in the lounge with my book next to the fire. I would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend this stunning hotel.
