We have been having family Xmas holidays at Noosaville for quite a number of years now and Sandy Beach Resort is by far the best place we have stayed. Not only is the accommodation great but the managers are also very friendly. Close to shops and restaurants and most importantly right on the Noosa River.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Everything was clean and the facilities were great. Really appreciated the air conditioners in each bedroom as we had a hot week.

My 2 adult daughters and I stayed here in a 3 bedroom river view apartment for 3 days after Christmas. We are very familiar with accommodations both here and in Noose generally and this is the best apartment complex we have stayed in. The apartment was huge but more importantly spotless and very well appointed.Loads of crockery and everything else one might want. Maintenance is clearly kept up as everything was in good order - a good sign of efficient staff and management. The free kayaks were great fun and despite there being several families staying the resort is very quiet. The pools and spa very clean and beautifully landscaped with the option to move into the heated poll and leave the other to the littlies. We particularly enjoyed the fresh croissant man every morning ringing his bell to get us out to buy breakfast and the paper.
Walking distance to big range of restaurants and shops and lock up car space also a big tlck!

We've stayed in Noosaville a few times but this was our first time at Sandy Beach Resort and we will definitely be returning. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, the river, shops and a short drive to Noosa Heads. The apartment was well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated and the pools were brilliant - perfect for our little boy and us. I would definitely recommend the resort. The whole complex has a lovely tropical feeling about it - perfect for a summer holiday!
