We stayed just over a week in a riverview apartment (you could also see the ocean). The apartment complex is built on a hill with panoramic views on a couple of sides along the river and ocean. The apartment was spacious and clean with lots of windows so that you could take in the beautiful surroundings. The apartment was fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything we needed including own laundry. Very comfortable beds. The balcony was large and covered so we could have breakfast there every morning, rain or shine. There were also ceiling fans. We used the recently refurbished pool and jacuzzi - and there was a small gym (treadmill, bike, stepper + free weights). Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. You can walk down the path to Hastings Street (about 5 mins) - the walk back up took a bit more effort. Noosa Junction is also a short walk - nearest good coffee place is Bean Drop. After a trip to the beach or other activity, it was just fantastic to come back to this beautiful haven of tranquility. Choose an apartment with an ocean and/or river view, if you can. The managers, Rick and Donna - are very friendly and helpful - they could advise you, since all apartments are individually furnished. We would definitely want to stay here again if visiting Noosa and highly recommend it.

We have been staying here for the past 5 years and think Rick and Donna are doing a fabulous job. We love the setting, the BBQ and Pool are the best, and the rooms are clean and comfortable and the ambience superb. We are regulars and don't intend to look any further afield, but ............we are tempted to do a bad review in case it becomes so popular we can't get our bookings any more!.

We rented a 3 bed apartment for our family group ( 2 couples, and 2 teenagers), but there was only one decent sized bedroom, which also had the ensuite. The remaining 2 rooms were little more than cupboards - only had beds (one queen and 2 singles which were very tiny), and built in wardrobes. Windows were set high up so no views from the 2 smaller bedrooms. It would be OK for parents with small children but definitely not for 6 adults. Very disappointed. Appliances were more suited to a motel than an advertised 'luxury apartment' -
Situation is good, nice to walk to Hastings street and the Junction - also bottle shop at end of the road. Pool was good, although small.
We stayed in Room 14 - perhaps some of the other apartments are more upmarket.

We rented an apartment on the no lookout side of the complex and shared with my brother, his two kids and our teenage daughter. The location was fabulous with only a 5 mins walk down a path into the heart of Noosa. Morning walks down to Noosa along the beach, coffee stop and then walk up the hill were magical and I highly reccomend this spot. The apartments are very spacious and great value for money. We were in a three bedroom which had a large master with ensuite, double room and room with twin singles. The lounge dining and kitchen are large and modern with decks for entertaining. The pool is lovely and has bbq area.

Staff were friendly.
