We stayed a weekend visiting Noosa; had chosen due to the location and waterfront. Property is a little dated and 'shabby'. Overall quite pleasant though. The apartment layout was great; you can actually see the water from the bed which the photos don't suggest. Short walk to town, I would probably stay closer next time (this is close, just not right in town). Pool is disappointing, it seemed to be heated even though it was a hot day.

This property has a very good location on Noosa Sound, and a very short walk to Hastings St (but at half the price of Hastings St properties). It's a bit like a motel, basic and comfortable enough without being flashy. The prices reflect that. Travellers in the near future should be aware that currently there is construction happening at the neighbouring property which creates a bit of noise during the day.

The rooms are adjacent units with a somewhat strange design, with a small bathroom, a large open plan area including a basic kitchen and lounge and then a stairway to an open mezzanine area where the bed (and nothing else) is. There's an outdoor table and chairs from a ranch slider off the lounge, but with little privacy. There's an adequate pool, and quite a nice jetty and BBQ area on the river.

We travelled with a child, and the room was probably a bit too cramped for 3 as we got on top of each other a bit, with the fold out sofa bed taking up a lot of room. Also the rooms are not regularly serviced but there is a towel change and rubbish collection each day, and if you create any dishes you have to wash and replace them before you leave or incur a cleaning fee. The reception has a DVD collection but charges for their use. Each unit gets one free carpark.

All in all we would be quite happy to stay again, but as a couple, not a family. The main advantage of the place is location and price.

Lovely , well laid out for a weekend or week away for couples. The waterfront units are right on water with great views. Helpful staff and good kitchens with all utensils . Great outdoor bbq for all to use too.
