Got a 3 bedroom executive villa behind the main broadwater complex and was not disappointed. The unit was clean and tidy and had excellent facilities including Foxtel and airconditioning. Close to all local attractions so the location was ideal. There is an indoor pool and a tennis court inside the executive villa compound for leisure activities and the whole community is gated for security so no problems leaving pushbikes and beach toys outside. As a guest you have access to all the facilities at the Broawater complex including restaurant and bar. Will certainly be going back!

From a very professional check-in until heading home a week later, the staff and atmosphere of the Broadwater Beach Resort was everything we wanted.
We had a quiet, private holiday - clean and comfortable loft apartment to be our base for lots of activities in the Busselton/Margaret River/Dunsborough area over Christmas recently.
It was the usual "Broadwater" experience - having often stayed at these premises - so we knew that we would be able to enjoy without stressing...
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, our neighbours were friendly and unobtrusive...

The apartments would benefit from a general refurbishment - getting a bit oldish, and the restaurant would certainly be advised to upgrade and extend its wine list, particularly within the beautiful wine region that it lies... but, nothing that could not be improved easily...
A thoroughly enjoyable week away from the hustle and bustle of city living...

We have just returned from a family break, we got a deal through the internet, the family stayed in a three bedroom villa we stayed in a studio appartment, they were both very clean and comfortable,the studio kitchen was a little cramped with all electrical gadgets but only two sockets, but with juggleing we managed, the villa kitchen was very well equiped. we all had a great stay, the children had a ball. we certainly would go back if the same offer came around again. ;-)

We stayed here for two nights in late October. Booked at the information centre in town and seemed like good value for what was on offer. First impression was good but the complex is a little dated. The unit was big but needed new carpets, curtains, coverings and a paint job would not have gone amiss either. On the other hand, all the appliances were near brand new which was a plus especially the washing machine and dryer. We were able to have two home cooked meals which also went down well. It was handy to have the beach and walking/running track right at the front door but having units above us was a minus. Noise travelled well!
