We stayed for one night in the upper family room. The room has a large double bed and in a side room a single and a further pair in bunk beds. The room was very clean and the staff helpful and very kind. It's a short 5 min walk into town and the hotel is located dwight on the Great Ocean Road. Would recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed here for one night as part of a trip along the Great Ocean Road. It is well located within a 15 minute drive of the 12 Apostles and therefore was very convenient and also offered free parking. The rooms are very large and provide kitchenette facilities, however we were very cold as the walls are paper thin. The bed does provide multiple layers of blankets and you needed all of these even in summer months. Free internet was a bonus as this does not seem to be common in Australian hotels. If you are going into town for dinner, head in early as many of the restaurants seem to either stop serving before 9pm and one even ran out of food. A good stop off from which to see the gorgeous coastline.

Very cosy place, large bedroom, with large and bigbed, however maybe a bit too soft. Small kitchen area, equipped with everything you might need, toaster, boiler, plates, tea and coffee and small snacks on top of a very full minibar. The bathroom was also big and confortable, basic but very clean, with many towels, amenities and a large box shower. The personell at the reception is exquisite, they even welcomed us with a small box of milk to be warmed up as we arrived late at night. Internet wifi is free. Beautiful place, we would have very much liked to stay more!! Laundry room available, but we did not use it.

During our trip from Sydney by car to Melbourne we stayed in a lot of Best Western Hotels
But this Hotel was the best. Nice clean and charming rooms , interior with atmosphere , very friendly entrance.

Free and fast WIFI.
All of us agreed to come back to this area and of course we will stay at this hotel.
