A fabulous location opposite the river and a few minutes walk to the beach. The entrance hall and office is very shabby and the decoration in the corridors just cold painted concrete. The room we had including the bathroom was very large. We also had a roof terrace. But such a shame as the whole apartment needed updating. The bed was tiny and not comfortable. It just had a sheet and very dull old bed cover. A larger bed with a duvet should be expected. However, it was clean and the staff were really nice and very keen to help with anything. With a bit of attention this holiday accomodation could be incredible.

“Great location and very enjoyable weekend”
My stay was very enjoyable. It was a chance to get away with my partner and we both enjoyed the location, the ease of booking online and the friendly hospitality. Rooms were clean and good value for money. Thank you.

“Great value for money, spacious one bedroom apartment”
Have stayed in Mooloolaba many times before. Stayed at Excellsior in the height of summer over peak season 2011 - reasonably priced at this time in comparison to the overpriced apartments along the esplanade. Only a short walk to the esplanade and beach where all the restaurants are located. Had a full kitchen, spacious lounge room and bathroom, balcony and comfortable bed. Overlooks the quiet river/canal. We were very happy with the apartment and will definitely choose to stay here again.

“Most Relaxing Holiday ever”
2nd year in a row we have stayed, would recommend quiet location not far from beach & shops, easy to find. Managers very helpful. Will be look at staying again in 2011.

“Great week at a great location”
Even though the lift was not working we had a very comfy stay. Plenty of exercise on the stairs
