We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. As 2 families with kids under 2, it was fantastic to have our own cooking facilities (both in the apartment and with the BBQ gazebo area near the pool), and our own washing machine and dryer. The pool is lovely and a good mixture of shade and sun. Apartments are very clean. Found the rotating TV that rotates to the lounge-room through to the bedroom a novel idea. The A/C would struggle if not left on all day, so take this tip! We had rooms facing outwards of the resort, so the view nothing to rave about.....I'd suggest when booking to request a room overlooking the pool area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Plenty of carparking if you hire a car. Very close to all that Mooloolaba has to offer! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Beachside Mooloolaba. The Owners are friendly and extreemly helpful offering suggestions on good restaraunts and things to see.
The rooms are spotlessly clean (and i am a bit of a neat freak), and the apartments were serviced weekly. The individual apartments are a great size for 2 people. The facilities inside the apartment all function well. It is so nice to be able to cook meals inside your apartment and do washing. The balcony's are roomy and we had a view over the pool that was glorious. The pool was relaxing and quiet and they also had a spa at exactly the right temperature (not too Hot !). We were able to use their beach chairs and umbrella for the beach (and the nice owners didnt charge us!). Overall we had a fantastic time exploring Mooloolaba on foot and the surrounding attractions via car and looked forward everyday to coming back to our home away from home!

Nice people run this place but a few things put me off.

1) too many petty rules and notices - reminded me of nit picking britain!

2) being ripped off for using a pre paid phone card on their system

Little things but I would not go back

We have just had eight nights in the Beachside, Mooloolaba. The reception was friendly and helpful and the unit was spotlessly clean however it was quite basic. The queen size bed was hard but quite comfortable once you got used to it but I didn't like the fact that the shower was over the bath and quite old. I don't think that all the units are like this though and if I went again I would ask for a second floor unit overlooking the pool.
