a great relaxing time ,great location , close to shops, restraurants , beach ,good walks .
staff very accommodating .
some of the appliances getting a bit worn but staff very quick to fix when asked.
like a home away from home . comfortable ,not over priced .
loved the pool & the ready access to beach & surf ..great for swimming , body surfing .
easily able to bus to nearby attractions , such as Eumundi market s, ginger factory . sunshine plaza ,Noosa etc
& nearby to hire bikes Kayaks, jet skis or other boating activities....all in all a great relaxing summer vacation .

Generally, the units were functional not flash. Even though the accommodation was not cheap it was at the cheaper end of Mooloolaba's offerings, however this attracted numerous groups of teenagers having parties on their balconies, which wasn't really suitable considering we had 2 children with us.

The location was ideal for all attractions and restaurants etc, so only a short walk anywhere, which was handy due to the poor weather.

Would try harder next time to stretch my dollars for a little more comfort.

We stayed for 7 days with 2 boys, 16 and 14. I was exhausted from working long hours and the main thing I was looking forward to was being able to catch up on some sleep, spend time with the family and relax.
1)Upon arrival we found a blown light bulb, the washing machine didnt work and there were no shelves in the door of the small fridge to keep our bottles.
2) We were on the ground floor 10 steps from the pool on one side of the unit and the other side was the main throughfare to either the pool or the lifts so it was noisy in general.
3) We were naturally awoken each day by children enjoying the pool which opened at 7.00 am.
Spoke with Manager to see if we could upgrade to another room due to the noise but was advised noise rises to the other levels and on one side its noisy from road cleaners and emptying of the bins and the other by revellers leaving the clubs so there wasnt any point in moving rooms.
The washing machine and bulb were replaced quickly but I was disappointed we were left to try and fit all our food, wine, beer, soft drink & milk on two shelves. With two teenage eating machines this proved impossible really.
I think the Manager, whilst very pleasant, could have been more proactive in finding solutions such as a temporary fridge for us or allowing us to pay extra for a quiter room. We would then have had a more enjoyable stay.

I have enjoyed this great hotel on many occasions and will continue to do so. The staff are extremely friendly which makes you feel right at home. In terms of appeal it was exceptional considering the cost. Nearly all hotels in Mooloolaba are double the price and from what I can see they aren't that much better. Am going up again in exactly one weeks time. Cannot wait!!!!!.
