Arriving at Pandanus Mooloolaba and parking in the secure undercover parking, checking in was hassle free and staff helpful. The apartment itself was huge with large kitchen and three good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom came with built in robe and ensuite. Apartment had huge front and rear balconies also. The quality of furnishings was excellent and made it a real home away from home as was the well equiped gym. Cleanliness was above par all round with the entire building appearing as new as the day it was built.

Pandanus Mooloolaba is ideally situated within three minutes walk of main shops and beach. Staying on level three there is really no ocean view and although I was told that the higher levels did have ocean views I was a little enious of the beach front properties and the views they would have. That said the Pandanus Mooloolaba is fantastic value for money and the size of the apartments is their greatest asset especially after the rain we had during our stay and spent sometime indoors.

We researched a number of options on Trip Advisor before deciding on the Pandanus and were extremely happy with our decision. The apartments were spacious, very well furnished and modern. We used the kitchen quite often and found that it was well equipped and nicely maintained. The apartment had two large balconies - one at the front of the apartment and one at the rear. We had some ocean 'glimpses' from the rear balcony and the front balcony had a pleasant outlook over the town.

As described on their website, the apartment is in close proximity to the patrolled beach and is an easy flat walk. The apartment complex also has a heated outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Pandanus is close to the supermarket and Mooloolaba wharf.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Years period and were surprised how quiet the apartment was on New Years Eve - even with the large event by the beach.

The only opportunity for improvement would be the provision of a BBQ on the balcony. Two BBQs are provided for guest use at the swimming pool but having one on our balcony would have been preferable.

Overall, Pandanus is a great option for accommodation in Mooloolaba.

We had an enjoyable stay at Pandanus recently. Group of six (3 adults, 3 young children). The space allowed everyone room to spread out comfortably and the apartments are nicely located just back from the esplanade. The complex is quite new, kept clean and the managers (Terry and Donna) are an absolute please to deal with. If the Poms are playing well in the cricket, Terry might even shout you a beer at the surf club!

After much research on Tripadvisor we chose to stay at Pandanus Mooloolaba for our holiday. We could not have made a better choice. From the easy booking with Terry to the super, very spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment, our whole experience was excellent. It is well situated, close to beach, bus stop, Coles supermarket and the harbour. Lovely large balconies on either side of the building. The building is very well managed and secure, has a pool, spa and BBQ area and all staff very friendly and helpful. If you are using a shuttle from Brisbane airport, the drop off point is right next door in the parking lot, next to the Info centre. Highly recommended
