My husband and I were driving home from holiday and chose to stop off and the comfort inn. Having had great experiences at other Comfort Inn hotels, we thought this would be an obvious choice. We came through without a booking and they were happy to offer a room. However there were some disappointments. The milk that was in the fridge was opened and half used. The room was very quiet but the bed was extremely hard- and although some people may like that... I certainly didn't. I barely slept all night unfortunately. The blanket on top of our bed was dusty and sleeping in the sheets I became itchy. This may not be the case for all the rooms because we didn't have a booking. But I'm guessing that room hadn't been cleaned for a while prior to us staying there. Everything else lived up to it's star rating I guess but it was hard to shake the problems with the bed....
