Very tired decore and dirty. Stained carpets, curtains,mattress protector! The pillows are shocking but I didn't inspect them because I was frightened to! Spa Bath would not go near it! The pool did not look clean and cigarette butts everywhere.
The "Chef" needs to know that people can tell when you have used frozen vegies and even a good cook knows to warm the plates!!!
Will not go back there.

The hotel is looking old and tired. My room had cracks in the wall, laminex in the bathroom burnt and peeling away. The toilet was not fixed to the floor and moved and the tv was a small old fashioned tv with very blurry sky tv. No plasma or lcd. The bed was comfortable. The pool didnt look clean either. There are lots of better places to stay around Dandenong for not much extra. Disappointing.

I have stayed in many hotels in dandenong as i am a business travler. this hotel was a great find among Dandenong and a value for money experience. Now I have sayed 3 times. it got better every visit. Rooms are nice,clean and comfortable beds. Got breakfast delivered to room early as i had to go to work early. really good Breakfast. Love the fact that this hotel secure free parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good rest after work or on holidays.

This Motel is a little tired but what it lacks in modern decor etc it makes up for in customer service. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Spa was tiny and probably one of the originals and access to wash basin partially obstructed by toilet. Service as very good. Considering price it was average overall but at least it was clean.
