7 night stay, excellent position easy walk to local shops & restaurants. Roomy 2 bed self contained apartment. We upgraded to an ocean view. Worth the extra $$!

Loved the location, the apartment was extremely clean.
balcony, views and swimming pools really made it. Great holiday.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, which was well appointed and spacious. The huge balcony was especially great! It was clean, but the bathroom fittings are dated, and the fact a baby's dummy was under the coffee table, a bottle cap on the sideboard and beer cans in the garden suggests the cleaning could be more thorough.

The location is perfect, high enough on the hill for a spectacular view but not so high as to be a chore walking there.

All the email service during the booking process was exceptional, and most of the reception staff onside were good.

The pool area is lovely, but again would benefit from more thorough cleaning, getting rid of cigarette butts etc.

Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this apartment for one night, as we were stopping over on our way to Hamilton Island. We booked two three bedroom apartments and they were great - huge in fact! There was heaps of rooms and the views were just amazing. We spent a lazy afternoon in the pool and it was easy walking distance to the main street. Because the apartments and view were so nice, we picked up take away and enjoyed it in our unit.
The only negative I would have to say was upon check-in - I was not really greeted and made to feel quite unwelcome. Because we had a large party (it was a family trip) and booked two rooms I was grilled about the purpose of the trip. I was told about 3 times that there was a strict noise policy. After the third time of being told this, I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Also, we had organised two porta-cots, but in the end only required one. Was repeatedly told how inconvenient this was to the hotel that I was cancelling.
So, I would recommend the apartments to stay at - but if you are looking for helpful and welcoming staff, go elsewhere.
