Club Croc is always an awesome place to stay when checking in to Airlie for a night on the town. Average accommodation but always clean. Restaurant and bar are available and awesome food.
Have experienced rude bar staff a few times.

When we came back from our tour we found the door to our room OPEN! The housekeeping must have forgotten to close it after "cleaning" in the morning. We told the incapable woman on the reception, she did nothing but to get a guy who invited us to a drink. That did not make up the feeling you get when you know your room has been wide open to ANYONE in the Hotel the whole day. Unbelievable!
Breakfast was OK, beds old and uncomfortable, A/C noisy, we did not try the pool.

If you are on a tight budget and just want to stay there for a couple of nights this hotel might be for you.
First they gave us a smoker room after we complaint they gave us a very nice one.the breaky is inc.which is not super but will fill the hole.the pool area is very nice and relaxing, we even had live music.but you need to drive to arlie beach ca.a 2-3 min drive.stayed there once...was alread, wouldnt do it again.

Imagine what would happen if a hotel had no maintenance since it opened, in the 80's. Now stop imagining and come to Club Croc!

No cleaning during the weekends, no reception after 8pm, no staff after 10pm! Enjoy Airlie Beach's nightlife without leaving your room! Nonstop music from 10pm to 5am. You got a problem with that?

You don't need to buy a souvenir, as the room floor is so dirty that you'll leave the hotel with a black stain on your feet. Good times...

The reception staff is nice but, in Australia, who isn't?

The horrible bed plus the noisy air conditioning won't let you sleep. That means you'll much more time to enjoy Airlie Beach!
