This place is like a best west western motel. The vinyl bright green sofa in our apartment along with the hidious bedspreads is far from 'luxury' as they put it. How they received 5 stars and why this place is rated so high on trip advisor is beyond me.

This is a great place for both couples and families.

We had a room in the new block which had great facilities, a really comfortable bed, a spa and a private balcony. Our room included it's own rooftop terrace with a barbecue and a great view out to sea,

The pool and tennis court are excellent and the outdoor spa is hot!

Rooms can be configured and offer a flexible way to increase space for families.

There are plenty of kids around but the place is peaceful and quiet, especially at night. No rooftop parties allowed here!

The apartments are just a couple of hundred metres from the beach and shops. Coolum is the ideal getaway location. A short drive to Noosa but away from the traffic and just minutes from the airport.

Will certainly be stating here again!

My partner and I wanted a weekend away and he booked this place on the internet sight unseen. We were very impressed. The owner/managers were friendly and very helpful on check in and made us feel welcome. As they were serviced apartments, we didn't see any housekeeping staff, but my partner and I are pretty clean and remade the bed daily ourselves. The room was clean and neat with a tiny kitchenette area in our one bedroom studio. The bathroom was clean and large with two sinks and plenty of cupboard space and a huge spa bath. The complex had a lap pool, bbq area and two outdoor spas. And with the beach only 100 metres walk, we weren't confined to the room for swimming purposes.

The complex was quiet and apart from seeing a young couple with two little girls at the pool, we didn't run into anybody else. Air conditioning worked a little too well and it took us a little while to figure out which temp was good for us, but that is not a criticism.

Overall, we had the best stay. Fun, relaxing, quiet and with a bed that was so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning. Any rubbish we had we disposed of ourselves as there was a sign that said they would charge us $12 if they picked it up for us. But that wasn't a difficult thing for us to do.

I highly recommend this place for a relaxing long weekend and my partner and I have now added it to our favourites list. We hope to be going back many times in the near future.

We stayed for 3 nights and what a gem. The property has 3 blocks with each having its own pool and spa area. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which had its own roof terrace with BBQ and loungers. The apartment was well presented, had a great kitchen area with all the appliances needed, comfortable lounge area leading on to a balcony and superb bedrooms

The property is 5 minutes walk from the shops and the beautiful beach and provided an excellent base
