Had a wonderful experience at The White House. Everything from the service, rooms and location were highly impressive. Steve and Emma were wonder and a lot of help during our stay, not to mention the fantastic cooked breakfasts every morning. This was one of our most enjoyable and relaxing trips in NZ and we plan to come back very soon!

My friends and I looked for the perfect getaway for Easter 2 years ago and stumbled upon this tucked-away gem of a place. It looks even more incredible in person, is a heritage building, and the owners are INCREDIBLY helpful and genuine to their guests. We returned again a few months ago, and were blown away a second time.

The breakfast is a complete FEAST, and having grown up on B&B's in England, I am a more than discriminating customer, but the food quality and array is beyond excellent. I can't give this place enough stars!

This is our fourth visit to Russell and The White House and yet again we have had a great stay. The quality of the rooms and breakfast, the attention to detail and ready helpfulness of Emma and Steve remain excellent. We doubt our experience could be bettered. Always plenty to see and do in Russell and the Bay of Islands and Steve and Emma are always on hand to advise on and book the great trips available. It is also a great way to meet people from other parts of the world, on the breakfast terrace. Sad to leave but hope to be back again before too long. Angie and Martin UK
