I stayed for five nights, and the owner was very friendly. He actually managed to remember my Japanese name, which isn't easy, and asked me every morning how I was and what I was going to do for the day. You can use free wi-fi for an hour a day, which was great. There's a bar / restaurant downstairs, so it can be noisy at night. I dined there one evening as I was given a discount vouncher upon check-in. The food was okay, but a bit expensive. You can find many places to eat out in the town, only a few minutes walk from the backpackers. On the whole, it was a lovely stay.
