We welcome feedback and mostly it's been extremely posititve which is great. Occassionly we get constructive criticizm and we always take note of this and make improvements where we can. This review however, we have taken exception too. It is not accurate of ourselves, our complex or our staff. We have a great 4 star complex and are proud of the improvements we have made over the 2 years we have been here. It is close to the main raod and we make no appoligies for this, a large percentage of our custome comes from drive ins. The 2 units closest to the road are fitted with hush glass (similar to double glazing) and are lovely, spacious, clean, sunny units. We invite all our walk in customers to view the units before booking and if our road side unit is booked online the customer is advised of it's proximity to the road prior to completing the booking. February is our high season and we would have been full most nights. This guest would of been fully aware of the location of his unit and the rate before he decided to stay. There are no surprises here. If this guest was so disgusted in his room why I wander didn't he come to the office and see us. We are friendly and very approachable. And why did he stay 2 nights?. We cannot and would not change our location, we are not willing to tear up our spacious parking area and courtyard, and we ARE very friendly and love nothing more than a full Motel with people coming and going and enjoying our complex and everything Nelson has to offer.
