First visit was really good on all things. Just had a second visit and really disappointed. Room was okay, clean and tidy but the a/c in the dining room was full on and uncomfortable. When mentioned, no reaction. Ordered soup, butter came like an ice block, when asked how do you spread this on the bread? No reaction. Breakfast next morning, opens at 6 for full breakfast. At 6, Luke warm food, cold plates, no one there if you needed anything. Won't go there again. Shame.

I am sorry to read of your experience during your recent stay with us. This is definitely not the experience and standard that we expect for our guests.
It is clear to see that our systems and staff failed to deliver on this occasion and we have reviewed our shortcomings and are rectifying them.
