Adamson's is ideally located, within easy walking distance of picnic areas and the Margaret River town centre, with easy access to a network of walking trails. Our room, with spa, was very clean, modern and well appointed. Traffic noise, which my partner finds very annoying, was no problem but could be for rooms closer to the main road. The provided plush bathrobes were a nice touch.

Can not recommend this place more, the rooms are clean and tidy and have all the features you would except, including a fridge, toaster, kettle, Flat screen TV with a nice selection of films.

Bathroom was nice and clean and you are made to feel very at home from the start. A Special mention to Sean the manager, when i became stuck in MR due to bush fires he pulled out all the stops to help me find some more accommodation because sadly he was fully booked, Which is no surprise. Located a 2 minute walk from the centre of town you are perfectly located.

If your going to MR, stay here!

We'e just back after a 4 night stay over Christmas. We were in a road facing room but to be honest it's not exactly a motorway! The traffic noise really isnt a problem unless you have hearing like Batfink! we had a lovely little balconey with table and chairs where we enjoyed several evenings of cheese and wine in the late evening sun. Very pleasant garden out the front too.

Room was immaculate. Couldnt fault it. Fridge was clean and very kindly we were supplied with a little carton of milk and a jug of cold water as well as all the relevant crockery etc.

Bed was super comfy and big with lots of blankets and pillows. Bathroom perfectly clean, towels changed twice in 4 days. Loads of hot water at any time of day. Accom was pretty full when we were there But it's still quiet and you can't hear other people if you're inside. Nice courtyard with couches and tables if you want to be sociable.

Cracking breakfast next door if you don't mind seriously slow service!

We'll stay here on our next trip down and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The owners were so lovely and helpful too! Thanks for a lovely Christmas for our first trip to Mgt river!

We were one couple plus a friend visiting from overseas exploring the Margaret River area. We wanted a central location, two separate rooms plus a communal area if possible and a good standard as it was our friend's first experience of Australia.

We chose the 'Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment 2 nights'. Having stayed in the South West before the standard of accommodation varies considerably, we were very relieved when we walked into out lovely apartment, it was perfect. The list of features were exactly as advertised, everything seemed fairly new and was in good working condition. The two rooms were of a generous size, plenty of room for suitcases and lots of hanging space. The lounge was just right, lots of space to relax and chat on the sofas plus a functional size dining table.

As we spent slightly more on the accommodation than a budget room, we chose to cook ourselves rather than visit one of the rather expensive local restaurants. The hob is a bit of a squeeze but everything worked out very well and meant we made the most of the facilities, the cookware is clean and good condition plus all crockery clean and polished.

We had been driving all day and so picked out a DVD from the free library in reception which is a very nice touch. Plus there appeared to be freeview TV so plenty of choice. My only suggestion for improvement would be basic instruction manuals for the TV / DVD and air-con for the less tech savvy!

Great location as you can walk from your room up to the centre of town in about 5 minutes, no need to drive the car in the evenings, plus it's all downhill coming home.

Nice big bathroom plus a spa which we did not use, no problems with hot water. The one toilet is inside the bathroom so that could be tricky with 5 people staying if someone takes a long time getting ready.

There was a table and chairs on our own porch, we ran out of time but it would have been nice to have a leisurely breakfast out there one morning.

One reviews talks of excessive noise, we were in the upstairs apartment at the back and this was not a problem at all, I think we left the windows open as well.

Better than expected, looking forward to finding an excuse to go back again.
