The photos and description of the rooms on the hotel website are not a true representation of what we received. Amazing what a good camera angle can do! In reality, the hotel facade is old and dated, with dead gardens and un-kept lawns. The rooms are old fashioned, the tv reception poor, and the bathroom and shower could do with an upgrade. Fortunately what saves this hotel from being a complete disappointment is the pool area. The pool itself is a good size and spotlessly clean and there are plenty of sun lounges and a bbq area. Also the breakfast (included) was very good, and the staff friendly.
I would recommend this hotel for those wanting a place to stay overnight, with no frills required. For families or couples looking for a holiday stay, try elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff as always at the All Seasons Geraldton. Having stayed there many times before and received excellent value, I was very surprised to find that the chef had decided to do a "barbeque buffet" instead of the usual a-la-carte in the restaurant. I was very disappointed at the presentation of the food and the quality and the waitress advised me against ordering the barramundi as it wasn't very good, so I had a t-bone steak, which was only marginally better. Sausages for kids was a very ordinary meal choice. For the price I paid, I would have been much better off cooking the same meal in my own kitchen for a much better quality.
The hotel itself is a bit old and tired but is always clean and the friendly staff more than make up for it. Having a continental breakfast included in the room rate is also a bonus.

Although the hotel itself and the rooms are pretty average in terms of fixture and fittings, the Manager and the staff make up for it with their friendly and professional service. I have stayed overnight once a week and I have been impressed by the people.

The staff, all of them, rate a five star, they were the most polite and friendly one could ask for nothing was too much trouble, at the completion of every request was the smile.
The queen bed was very comfortable and the room a good size.
Overall all was well except that the hotel is now looking a liltle tired some refurbishment might not go amiss.
