Checked in and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable receptionist who helped us with some dining options. As it was Easter Sunday, there was not much open so she gave us some alternatives to the on site dining room which was nice. The room was clean, albeit the furnishings a bit dated and ever so slightly tired. The wall mounted heater looked like it was out of the early 90s and to describe the hotel's style, it would be charming yet dated with huge potential for refurbishment or redevelopment. The room was also a little noisy as we were woken up in the morning by either staff or other guests walking around outside the door. Nevertheless, it was extremely well priced and excellent value for money but I would be inclined to look at other Warrnambool hotels next time we visit.
