I was booked into King Avenue with an expected arrival time or 'about 10pm'. As the plane was late I arrived at about 10:30pm to find there was no key, no note and no-one at reception. When I picked up the phone it simply rang out. I tried again and the same thing happened. Thankfully I managed to find other accommodation (after 8 hours of travelling that day!). The next morning when I arrived at reception at King avenue the lady simply said: "Could you fill in this reception card". By this stage I was completely miffed. I also found out that I had been downgraded to a room without cable TV or undercover parking. When I asked to change I was simply told there were no other rooms- with no attempt at trying to make up for the inconvenience. All she could say was "I'm sorry, I don't know what happened, I've just come on."
That is the level of service you can expect if you stay here!
