Stayed here with my family and was extreemly happy, the apartment were great, with a all the amenitites of home and very clean! which is most important to us with our young baby. The Wireless internet was great.

Overall we would reccommend to anyone, altho it seemed to be a very busy place staff were allways there

I was booked into King Avenue with an expected arrival time or 'about 10pm'. As the plane was late I arrived at about 10:30pm to find there was no key, no note and no-one at reception. When I picked up the phone it simply rang out. I tried again and the same thing happened. Thankfully I managed to find other accommodation (after 8 hours of travelling that day!). The next morning when I arrived at reception at King avenue the lady simply said: "Could you fill in this reception card". By this stage I was completely miffed. I also found out that I had been downgraded to a room without cable TV or undercover parking. When I asked to change I was simply told there were no other rooms- with no attempt at trying to make up for the inconvenience. All she could say was "I'm sorry, I don't know what happened, I've just come on."

That is the level of service you can expect if you stay here!
