“comfortable, central accommodation”

Stayed with family for two nights in two different types of rooms. Had microwave and fridge. Clean and comfortable. Spacious. Room serviced. DVD player and child's pillow made available on request. Easy walking distance to central Hamilton's shops and eating places. Accommodation was quite full in school holidays. Quiet and good night's sleep. Rooms towards the back of building. Pool only open in summer months. Hamilton has heated aquatic centre in easy driving distance.

“nowhere else to stay”

we stayed here at short notice - every other motel in hamilton was booked out.
whilst the management were nice and helpful, the decor was very dated, the bed uncomfortable, and something in the bed made us both very itchy. that said, the room smelt strongly of disinfectant, so maybe it was the detergent they used on the sheets?? speaking of the sheets were very very old and very very ugly!
we wouldn't have minded so much except we paid a premium for the room ($130). i would have thought about $70 - $80 a fairer price for this accommodation.

Its been quite some time since iv stayed there, however I woke in the middle of the night with over 40 bed bug bites. Disgusting

We have managed this propery for mor than six years, and have never come
across bed bugs in any of our rooms. We certainly would like feedback to
be directed to ourselves on checkout, and we will follow up with our guest's
concerns.

Our latest AAA rating scored the cleanliness of the motel at 95/100.
