“Stunning, enchanting, beautiful, amazing.”

Just off the main street, only 4 or 5 units available. Fitted with top of the range products and fittings. Huge unit with spa, lounge, private outdoor patio, dining table, kitchen, laundry etc. We walked in and our jaws dropped. The unit was gorgeous!!! We wish we were staying longer!!! The host gave us a personal guide of the unit and then left us in peace. The gardens were beautiful, rose bushes and camelias everywhere. 5 minute walk to the Murray River.
A privately owned buisness that is well managed. A tribute to the owners. We couldn't believe the value for money.

“Great place, great value.”

We stayed here one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The accomodation is a fully self-contained, 1 b.r holiday unit. The unit was very spacious, big enough for a single or couple to live in long term. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable. There was a walk-in robe off the bedroom and a large ensuite bathroom with a large spa bath. The kitchen had good cooking facilities with a full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Best of all for the traveller who's been on the road for a while there was also a washing machine and dryer in each unit. The address is walking distance from the historic port district so you can leave the car there go out for a meal and not worry about watching the drinks. The staff are very friendly and more than happy to arrange early check-ins / late check-outs where possible. This would make a great base if you wanted to stay a few days to explore the area.

“A Real Gem in Echuca”

Not much to say as most other reviews have said all of the positive things for me! I enjoyed one night at Acacia Terraces, but it was so good I wanted to stay for longer. For an absolute steal of $99 thanks to Wotif it was one of the best value places I have ever stayed at.

The rooms are at the back of a private property, however they are more like your very own small home/unit. We didn't deal with Sharon directly as she was out for the duration of our stay, but nevertheless she made sure to phone me the day before our stay and inform me of check-in procedure.

Acacia Terraces is about a 5-10 minute walk from the town itself. It's not too far from the Port of Echuca. The immediate area is very quiet and ideal for a relaxing time. Our unit was spotless, large, and overall surpassed our expectations. It is set amongst well-appointed gardens. The kitchen is exceptionally appointed and we took the rare opportunity to cook some dinner on the road. Likewise, the bathroom and bedroom are modern, clean, and comfortable. The spa bath is a nice touch, but what I really enjoyed was sitting in the small outdoor courtyard. Even if it was at times simply too hot to enjoy the area, it was a fantastic touch and is definitely a nice little place to sit down and savour a cool beer or two.

Acacia Terraces was a joy. It's not surprising that it seems to be quite popular on internet booking websites. I would certainly recommend this excellent accommodation to others going to Echuca and wish there were more establishments like this!

“Spotlessly clean, comfortable and great value for money”

Great accommodation about 5 mins walk from the old Port of Echuca. Quiet location, well away from any noise from the town. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. Bathroom was huge! Loved the sun room. Definitely felt a cut above standard motel rooms - fixtures, fittings and furniture all contemporary and well designed. A great base for exploring lovely Echuca.

We have travelled the globe including 9 countries last year and this accomodation is the very best we have had outside of 5 star in any country.. Its a beautiful place to stay. so clean and comfortable and well mantained. everything was spotless and comfortable. If there was one small negative it was the size of the tv for us older folk. Sharon the owner greeted us and took us through the routine. Wish there were more like this in australia. I will recommend it to everybody. Many thanks. Phyllis and graeme Coverdale Gold coast. Qld
