I stayed here for one night this week. I was pleasantloy surprised with the high quality of the motel. The reception staff were great - friendly, helped me to find a restaurant in town that I had heard about and gave me directions to my business meeting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. I knew they had an onsite restaurant, but I did not expect the minibar and room service menu, or the indoor swimming pool - this motel is a real surprise package.

I was in town for a business trip and this was a good choice of accommodation - it is on the highway, but the rooms do not face the road and there was no noise problem, and it is just a short drive to the city centre.

I hope to return to this beautiful regional city for a personal visit someday soon, and will certainly look to stay at this motel again.

This is the face of the new motel in Australia. Forget the bare and run down motel room you're used to ; the rooms have plush bedding with new faux fur rugs, cushions, new pillows, a plasma screen tv and artwork on the walls. The carpet was new and clean, the bathroom was basic but fresh and clean. The resturant had a limited menu but the food was outstanding rivaling your inner city Melbourne haunt, we had fabulous seafood and outstanding desserts. A renovated and heated pool/ sauna centre sits in the middle of the complex and is a nice surprise. Whilst still a motel and not somewhere you'd stay for a week this place is perfect for a few nights. We stayed at The Quest last year which was dreary and cheaply done up and even though it had a seperate bedroom it wasn't much chop. This was the best motel I have ever stayed in and the staff were friendly and even dressed immaculately. No wonder the place was booked out when we turned up!

This is the third time we have stayed here with the new owners, nothing is too much trouble and all the rooms are clean and tidy. We love relaxing by the pool and spa area. The food in the restaurant is 5 star being a chef myself it is appreciated. Great friendly staff makes it a pleasure to stay..
We will defenitly be back.

This motel is fantastic, the rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the staff are exellent. Everything you need on one site. So for a sales rep like myself it makes my nights away from home so much nicer. Jonahs restaurant is a must and if you are travelling for work on your own or for leisure they really look after you and make you feel special. I usually eat alone in the restaurant but dont feel alone because the staff make you feel at home.

The rates are fantastic and I will now be staying here on a fortnightly basis, because I have not found another motel like it. You also need to check out their function room upstairs. Its a great place to hold a work meeting or conference.

The onisite indoor pool and spa and sauna help you relax after a day in the car.

All in all try it you wont find better in Bendigo,A great place to bring clients for dinner
