Overnight stay while visiting the town. Booked a renovated room, good size, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Units are all single level which is a bonus and provide direct access to the pool and well maintained gardens. En suite was large and spotless. Would be churlish to find a complaint.

We chose the dining room for breakfast and that was the downside. The continental buffet for $15.00 per head consisted of juice, a few fruits (appeared to be canned), serials, toast, a couple of pastries and tea/coffee. IMHP not good value. Add $5.00 per head for a cooked breakfast, essentially bacon and eggs. If on a company expense account the convenience may be worth the cost. If not, the town centre is only a few minutes drive. A cooked breakfast in your room may be better value.

Stated Just the one night. Service was excellent, rooms very clean and great loacation. Would love to stay again.

If every place was as well kept and well run as this place then traveling would be so much easier. Well laid out roomy and well appointed with pleasant staff. A great place to stopover

This motel gets it right where so many get it wrong. People? helpful and customer focussed. Comfort? Very good - comfortable bed, good pillows, quiet heater, comfortable furniture to site on - even chairs outside in the central garden area all the units look out onto. If you had kids you'd presumably love this, as it's very safe and you can keep an eye on them. Huge bathroom, good hot shower and very spacious room.

Minor gripe: I wish there wasn't a mirror placed exactly opposite the reading lights over the double bed ... no way to avoid looking at lights while reading. Loved the fact that it was very quiet - even though its on a main road, you hardly hear any traffic because units are set back from the road. And then you can walkaround the lake - gorgeous on a sunny spring morning in Bendigo. Very happy with my choice.
