“neat rooms in good position”

Room was neat & tidy. Bathroom has been renovated recently. Good position - beside a small shopping strip. Staff suggested we try the wood fired pizza a few doors up. Good advice! Best pizza we have ever had & have had a few. Washed it down with a few beers from liquor store. Staff gave us maps & booked sound & light show at Sovereign Hill. Had a good television & free pay tv

I booked to stay here with my family and I asked the owner would it be at all possible for my family to arrive earlier than the normal check in of 2pm, as we had a wedding we had to attend and we wanted to change into our clothes for the wedding as we had been driving all morning and with the kids we wanted to get changed. He flat out said NO! and said that if I wanted to arrive so early I should have booked to stay the night before. All my pleas fell on deaf ears so my husband rang back to cancelled the booking and he was met with a rude woman and hung up on. I subsequently found another motel that didn't have a problem with my family arriving early. If you want to be abused by all means stay here.
